About This Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy describes how San Ramon Custom Railing (we, us, our) handles information collected through sanramoncustomrailing.com. We collect only what we need to answer your request and run the site, and we do not sell personal information. By using the site, you accept the practices described below.

Information You Give Us

When you fill out our estimate form or call us, you may provide:

  • Your name, phone number and email address
  • The address or general location of the property
  • Project details, measurements, photos and HOA information you choose to include

Please do not send payment information, passwords or government ID numbers through the form.

Form Processing

Our estimate form is handled by a third-party form processor (un-static), which receives what you submit and delivers it to us. That provider stores and transmits submissions under its own security and privacy terms. We use it so this site can stay a simple static website without its own database.

Analytics and Cookies

We may use Google Analytics (GA4) or a similar service to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as which pages are viewed, approximate location at the city level, device type and referring website. These tools use cookies or similar identifiers and report traffic to us in aggregate. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics. The site will still work if you do.

How We Use and Share Information

We use the information you provide to respond to you, schedule an on-site estimate, prepare a quote and follow up about your project. To fulfill your request, we may share your project details with an independent local railing professional who can perform the work. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not give it to unrelated businesses for their own marketing.

Retention and Security

We keep request information only as long as it is useful for your project, our records and any legal obligations, then delete it. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, email or form transmission is perfectly secure.

California Privacy Rights

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), may give you the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you and how it is used and shared
  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell it)
  • Exercise these rights without discrimination

Whether a particular law applies depends on the size and nature of a business, but we honor reasonable requests from any visitor.

Making a Request

To ask what we have on file, correct it or delete it, call (925) 438-6219 during business hours, Monday through Sunday, 7am to 6pm. We may ask a few questions to confirm the request is yours before acting on it.

Children and Policy Changes

This site is meant for adults planning work on their property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. We may revise this policy as the site or the law changes; the date at the top shows the latest version.
